Toes are the Engine of our Feet

As previously posted Enhanced Proprioception Technology (EPT) which is introduced by TOETOE in sock design with separate toes works wonders. Separation of the toes no doubt bring more toe movement but I would like to look into what it means to move the toes more.

Toe movement is a result of the work of the entire foot structure inside the foot with all the joints, muscles, ligaments and bones. Like the entire engine is working continuously. We have around two hunderd thousands nerve endings which carry vital information to trigger mechanical actions. In order to keep the nerve endings alive it is crucial to keep the blood circulating all the time. To keep this magnificent complex structure alive movement of the toes is essential.
